Noemi.app is a personalized wellness guide delivered to you daily to help you get back on track with your health. It starts with an intake form to get to know you, your personality, and your current health so we know where to start your health coaching path.

Beta means our service is still in development and you’re the first to try it. We call it the lite version – it doesn’t quite have all the bells and whistles yet, but that’s where you come in.
We’d love for you to help us create what you’d like to have, rather than have us just guess. After a little time with Noemi.app, we’ll ask you some questions about how you’re liking the program and what areas you think need improvement. You can contribute any ideas or thoughts that you have right here at any time along the way.
During beta, we’ll be focusing on the three tracks that move the needle the fastest in any health journey. Stress, food, and sleep. Based on your answers in the intake form, we’ll start you on one of these tracks.
Beta testing will be for a full month so you’ll get a chance to experience a full track. Then we’ll do an interview to hear your feedback. If you’d like to continue with Noemi.app, you’ll get a 6-month membership for free.
During the beta period, the "app" is actually a members-only website (Log in here: https://beta.noemi.app). You can access it on any device with a web browser on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
Once we sort through your feedback from the beta period, we will be taking your suggestions and incorporating them into a brand new mobile app.
Daily coaching on your phone/mobile device/computer, along with tools that you can use any time to help tame stress or navigate your day.
Noemi.app is meant to be used daily. You’ll get a reminder to log in and get the next part of your lesson. After the lesson, we encourage you to take immediate action so that it’s fresh in your mind.
One of the reasons we’re so off-base in our health needs is we put everyone else first. Having a daily practice, even just a few moments a day, creates a habit of checking in with ourselves, first.
While Noemi was specifically designed to support those with chronic stress and illness, everyone is welcome to use Noemi. Let’s face it, there are more stressed-out folks than those running through the daisies these days.
We have real-life health coaches on the other side of Noemi available to answer your questions. Use the "Contact Us" item in the main menu of the app to submit them. Because we’re just getting up and going, please give us up to 24 hours to respond. If you find you want 1:1 coaching with a live person, we have options for you as well.
Noemi was created specifically for people in burnout or who have autoimmune issues, based on the health coaching of our founder, Shawna Bigby Davis. Shawna found that her clients who were deep in burnout and/or with autoimmune issues needed more support and had daily questions. She also frequently heard the same pieces of feedback:
• “Can you just tell me what to do next?”
• “I’m so tired and can’t even think.”
• “Am I doing it right?”
With these insights and with Shawna’s background in creating digital products and design, she created a daily roadmap for what to do next.
Know•Me. That’s how you pronounce Noemi and it’s also our mission; know yourself inside and out. It also means Beautiful. Gentle. That’s how we approach wellness around here. Not with a sledgehammer, but with ease and flow. You cannot heal a body you hate, or with aggression.
In addition to the daily health coaching, your membership includes daily health coaching and access to monthly workshops. It also includes tools that you can use any time to relax, de-stress, and feel better in your body. We also offer a list of curated resources that the founder has found to be super-helpful in navigating her own health journey.
We’re hosting workshops to support your daily activities in life, like how to read labels, how to detox your home, how to batch-cook 7 meals in 90 minutes, etc. There will be real-life tactical workshops as well as some guest lectures to give you a better understanding of your health and happiness.
Workshops are live-streamed through Zoom. We’ll email an invite and a link for the event for you to join us live. If you cannot attend a workshop live, don’t worry - they’ll be available to view at your convenience, starting a day or two after the initial workshop time.
During the beta period, the subscription is $20 USD per month. Once the beta period is over, we anticipate that the price may increase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund. Your membership will be valid until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. After that, your subscription will no longer auto-renew. If you feel very strongly that you are having a bad experience and think that a refund is in order, please contact us using the "Contact Us" item in the main menu, and let us see if we can help you have a better experience.
You can change your password by navigating to the Account page (choose “My Account” from the main menu). Once you are on the Account page, enter your existing password, your new password, and then enter your new password again to confirm. Then click the “Update” button. You should see a message letting you know whether or not the change was successful. In some cases, it might take a few seconds before the message appears. If the update is successful, you will need to log in again (using your new password) before you can access any content in the app. If the update is not successful, try reloading the Account page and then trying again.
At this time, it is not possible to change your email address, as that is the primary way of identifying you. We will be working on adding the ability to change your email address for a future version of the app. In the meantime, if it is absolutely critical that you change it (if, for example, you are about to lose access to the previously used email address), contact us and we will help you to change it manually.
If you notice something that isn’t behaving the way you think it should in the app, or you just have a suggestion for something that you think would make the app even better, you can submit your suggestion/bug report by following the "Contact Us" link on the main menu of the app and filling out the form on that page.
